THE CLIENT
Shiso is a DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) consultancy, dedicated to devising systemic solutions for fostering inclusion and restoring equity in workplaces and businesses.
THE ASK
Shiso sought to elevate their website and attract new clients, desiring a more professional and engaging online presence. They expressed dissatisfaction with the current design elements, deeming them "juvenile" and misaligned with their desired level of professionalism. They requested however, that the logo must remain unchanged due to recent client acquisitions.

MY APPROACH
Beyond the visual redesign, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the website and collateral materials. This revealed opportunities for improvement beyond the initial request. I proposed a comprehensive solution encompassing: overhaul of the site flow, a strategic reorganization of content, establish a brand positioning that will set them apart from competitors and implementation of a cohesive brand system to ensure consistency across all collateral materials.
OUTCOME
This holistic approach addressed not only the visual concerns but also the overall user experience and brand strength, aiming to create a website that effectively attracts and engages potential clients.
By addressing both the aesthetic and strategic aspects of Shiso's online presence, this comprehensive approach aims to effectively attract and convert potential clients while solidifying Shiso's brand identity within the DEI consultancy landscape.
